General Term of Business:
Place of jurisdiction in Linz, Austria. Austrian Law should be applied. Delivered goods remain our property until paid for in full.
We shall neither disclose nor transmit your personal information or order-related data obtained in connection with our business activities to third parties.
For any agreement not explicitly defined here, the provisions of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KschG) and/or the regulations customary in this line of business shall be applied.
§3 Right of Withdrawal
The customer is entitled to exercise his right of withdrawal from this agreement within one week following receipt of the goods by sending a written notice (also via email) or by returning the said goods. Note: handgripper.net reserves the right to deduct the cost of any depreciation in value caused by utilisation of the said goods. Buyer shall bear postage and shipping expenses.
